These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and PT Makin Kaya Raya Guna Indonesia ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the SAVVR application ("Application" or "Service"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Application.
Eligibility
You must be at least 17 (seventeen) years of age or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Application. By using this Application, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration
Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.
Use of Service
Permitted Use
The Application is provided for personal and business financial management purposes. You may use it to track expenses, manage budgets, set savings goals, monitor financial health, and manage business team finances collaboratively.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data you enter. We do not verify your financial information and bear no responsibility for decisions made based on Application data.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service availability. However, the Application is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted access. Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Prohibited Activities
Misuse of Service
You may not use the Application for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, or to infringe upon the rights of others. Unauthorized access, data scraping, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
Harmful Content
You may not upload, transmit, or store content that is malicious, harmful, or intended to interfere with the proper functioning of the Application or connected systems.
Account Abuse
Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using automated systems to access the Application without authorization is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
The Application, including its design, features, source code, and content, is the intellectual property of PT Makin Kaya Raya Guna Indonesia, protected under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and applicable international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
User Content
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Application. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your data solely for service provision purposes.
Trademarks
The SAVVR name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of PT Makin Kaya Raya Guna Indonesia. Use of these marks without prior written consent is prohibited.
Disclaimer
Not Financial, Tax, Legal, or Investment Advice
The Application, including Savvy AI and any generated insights, is a financial management tool for informational purposes only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions.
Accuracy and User Review
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of calculations, reports, AI outputs, imported receipt details, market data, or suggestions generated by the Application. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all entries before relying on them.
Third-Party Services
The Application may integrate with third-party services including authentication providers, payment processors, AI providers, image storage, currency or market data providers, and app platform services. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their independent availability, accuracy, or operation.
AI Assistant Terms
Optional AI Feature
Savvy AI is optional. You may continue using SAVVR without enabling AI features, and disabling or declining AI consent will not block core finance tracking features.
AI Data Processing Consent
Before AI requests are processed, SAVVR asks for your explicit consent to send prompts, selected financial context, receipt images, and extracted receipt text to third-party AI providers through OpenRouter or similar AI infrastructure. SAVVR does not send passwords, PINs, authentication secrets, or full payment card details to AI providers.
Review AI Results
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated responses, transaction suggestions, receipt extraction results, categories, and amounts before saving or acting on them.
Provider Terms and Retention
AI and related third-party providers process submitted data according to their own terms, privacy notices, security practices, and retention rules. Our Privacy Policy explains the data categories shared, the purpose of processing, and how to contact us about consent or deletion requests.
Limitation of Liability
General Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT Makin Kaya Raya Guna Indonesia and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.
Financial Decisions
We bear no responsibility for financial decisions you make based on Application data. You acknowledge that financial management involves inherent risks and uncertainties.
Data Loss
Despite our security measures, we cannot guarantee against all data loss or corruption. We strongly recommend regularly exporting your data as a backup.
Termination
Account Termination and Deletion
You may terminate and request deletion of your account at any time through Settings, including the Delete Account entry available from both personal and business settings, or by contacting us. Upon verified deletion, your eligible personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 (thirty) days unless retention is required by law, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, accounting, or security obligations.
Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in activities harmful to the Service or other users.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) remain in effect.
Business Account Terms
Organization Accounts
SAVVR Business allows the creation and management of organizations for business financial management. The organization creator becomes the Owner, responsible for the organization's compliance with these Terms. Organizations operate in online-only mode.
Team & Roles
Owners can invite team members and assign roles (Owner, Manager, Admin, Staff, Viewer), each with specific permissions governing data access. The Owner is responsible for managing member access and ensuring appropriate role assignments.
Owner Responsibilities
Organization Owners are responsible for: team membership management, compliance with applicable business laws, maintaining accurate financial records, and managing subscriptions. Owners are liable for all activities conducted within their organization.
Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription Tiers
SAVVR Business offers subscription tiers: Starter (free), Growth, and Professional, each with different limits for team members, transactions, wallets, and features.
Payment
Paid subscriptions may be billed through Midtrans, Xendit, Apple App Store/StoreKit where applicable, or other supported payment processors shown at checkout. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform rules.
Free Trial
New organizations may receive a 14-day free trial of premium features. After the trial, the organization reverts to the Starter tier unless a paid subscription is activated.
Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Organization Data
Data Ownership
Data entered within a business organization belongs to the organization. The Owner has full control over all organization data. Members who leave lose access to organization data.
Organization Deletion
Owners can delete their organization at any time. Upon deletion, all organization data is permanently removed within 30 (thirty) days. This action is irreversible.
Member Departure
When a member leaves an organization, their access is revoked immediately. Personal accounts are not affected. Members cannot retain organization data after departure.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall first be resolved through deliberation and consensus (musyawarah mufakat). If no resolution is reached within 30 (thirty) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction of the Company's registered address.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
